Characterization
Mountain hotel Čarták is situated in a beautiful surrounding in Beskydy, 960 m above sea level, on the edge path. On one of the historic beams is insribed an era 1866. Originally was this building used by border guards, portaši. Several years was inhabitated by bandits, who were hung on a tree infront of the Čarták. Todays hotel offers accommodation in stylish atmosphere and splendid countryside, which evoke a preview image of wallachian country.

Hotel is builded at an old way from Rožnov to Velké Karlovice. Closes train station is in Rožnov p. R., and from here by bus - bus stop Hutisko-Solanec,Čarták,Sedlo (17 km). From the second side - from Vsetín - train station and from here by bus to bus stop Velké Karlovice, crossroad Soláň and change on bus to ROžnov p. R. - bus stop Hutisko-Solanec,Čarták,Sedlo (7 km from Karlovice). Easily available by a car.
