The family hotel*** in the mountain area Benecko lies in the central part of the Giant mountains. The hotel is situated on the shoulder of the mountain Žalý, in the elevation 880 meters above the sea-level. Out of the hotel is a wonderful wiew of the foothills of Krkonoše and Jizerské hory.

The hotel has 36 rooms (22 doublerooms, 12 threebedrooms, 1 fourbedroom and 1 family room with two separated doublebedrooms). Some of the rooms have the possibility of an extra-bed. The general capacity is 88 beds and 22 extra-beds (l60 cm). All the rooms have their own shower, WC, a telephone with direct dial and TV/SAT.The hotel has a restaurant with european kitchen and local specialities, a hotel bar, 3 lounges - in one of them is TV/SAT, a gym with table-tennis, hothouse.

The unguarded parking for cars and buses in front of the hotel is for the hotel guests free. A guarded parking is about 200 m from the hotel. This parking is to be paid.

Benecko is a sport and recreation centre in the Giant mountains which lies on the west shoulder of the mountain Žalý. With the altitude of 750 - 1000 m above the sea level it is the highest situated village in the west part of the Giant mountains. It has its own post-office, a grocer´s shop, a shop with sport equipment and souvenirs, a gambling house with billiards, bowling and minigolf, a discotheque, a sport rental, a hairdresser´s and pedicure.
