Stará Paka - This village is situated in the attractive valley of the river Rokytka in the region called "Podkrkonoší", it is about 20 km northerly form the Jičín city. Stará Paka is the ideal place for trips. In the north you can visit "Krkonoše" - mountains with good conditions for mountain cycling or hiking and winter sports. In the south, near the Jičín city, you can visit the location called "Český ráj". Here are sand rocks for mountain - climbing, paths for hiking or cycling. The region "Podkrkonoší" is interesting for the special country architecture.
