The hotel is situated in a holiday area at 600 m above sea level in the close vicinity of the Milovský pond where one can bathe or fish. The surroundings make an ideal place for hiking or skiing. There are 126 rooms with 263 beds: double rooms, three-bedded rooms, suites with, telephone, colour television + satellite receiver, radio. The hotel is not adapted for wheelchairs.

The Milovská restaurant is situated on the premises of the 9 Skal Hotel, on the bank of the Milovský pond in the locality dominated by Malínské Rocks. All the availabilities are the same with the 9 Skal Hotel. The restaurant has its own parking lot.

An ideal spot of hotel guests, tourists, bikers and skiers. Suitable to cater for families with children, groups, coach trippers. The variable equipment makes it possible to organize congress and incentive tourism events.
