The river rises at the Austrian side of the Novohradské Mountains. Lužnice is passable all the year. The difficulty is marked ZW ? WW I. The river is recommended for the middle advanced and the recreation water sportsmen.
The voyage downstream the river depends on the chosen stage.
The river?s stream is 146, 9 km long.
