Jewish Street and Synagogue - Bechyně (Písecko)

The street used to lie close to the city walls and the Jewish community was forced to reside here in 1717. Some of the houses are preserved. The synagogue was built in Neo-Romanesque style after 1827. Since 1973 it is used as a museum of fire brigade.
