The Building comes from the beginning of the 18th century and it was first an administration building of manor of the Harrachs, then it served as accommodation for the veteran manor?s the employees and later there were offices. In the back tract there used to be stocks of the town brewery. After the abolition of stocks after the Second World War the firm Fruit-vegetables used the object. In the east wing of the building there has been the Town library of Jaroslav Havlíček and a sales gallery of museum since 1994.
