Church of st. Peter and Paul in Albrechtice nad Vltavou (Písecko)

The small Romanesque Church of St. Peter and Paul lies in a picturesque village on the outskirts of the Písek Hill. Inside there is one of the most important collections of Romanesque paintings - a monumental composition on the theme of the Last Supper. Around the church there is a cemetery. Its wall is divided by arcades decorated with paintings by František Mikula and verses by the local priest Vít Cíza dating from 1841 - 1854.
