The monumental town hall was built among the years 1682 and 1699. The building has many valuable architectural features, including early Baroque vaults. The town hall houses the Loket municipal authority and an elementary school. Exhibitions of paintings and sculptures take place regularly in the ground floor gallery, where there is also a permanent exhibition of spa cups used in Karlovy Vary.
