It is a 19 m high basalt mountain, sometimes called Děčín`s Fudjijama. The slopes are covered with basalt rubble and leafy wood. In the era of Napoleonic Wars there was built the army observation point, because the hill has the strategic location. In the second half of 19th century there was built the woody view-tower, 14 m height. Later the tower was rebuilt to 24 m height. In the year 1904, after the old woody tower had been destroyed by wind, there the 18m tall view tower with beautiful view to surroundings was built. In the year 1931 the restaurant by the tower burned out and the tower was liquidated.
