Neo-Renaissance Palace Villa
The Neo-Renaissance palace villa is situated in Churchill Street No. 3. It was built in 1930 for the family of Hans Weinmann. The exterior of the building was inspired by Italian Late Renaissance. Today, there is a seat of The State Scientific Library in the building.



Luxurious Villa of Ignaz Petschek
The luxurious villa of Ignaz Petschek is situated in Churchill Street No. 4. It was built in 1890 for Ignaz Petschek, a coal merchant. In 1902 a larger and more representative building was added. Nowadays the building serves as a ceremony hall and as a seat of the music school.



Palace Villa of Franz Petschek
The palace villa of the industrialist Franz Petschek is situated in Churchill Street No.6. In its time it belonged to the most spectacular and most ambitious buildings in the city. The interior of the building comes from 1926 and it is quite well preserved.
