Celtic Settlement in Třísov (Český Krumlov a Kaplicko)

A historical preserve of an important Celtic fortified town, called oppidum, with the best-preserved gate of its kind in our country. The origin of the oppidum dates back to the 1st century before Christ. The town was a center of graphitic ceramics, ferrous metallurgy and an important trading point.
