Open-Air Museum Paraple - Solvayovy Lomy in Svatý Jan Pod Skalou (Český kras a Křivoklátsko)

The mining open-air museum is located in the closed-down quarry Paraple (Brolly) in Czech Karst. Marked trails lead visitors through the quarry and information panels explain, how the limestone extraction and transport used to be performed. Aside from walk in the filed, visitors can see subject expositions in former offices and warehouses, presenting miners' equipment and extraction machinery.
