Ruins of Brtnický Castle

Ruins of Brtnický castle are situated near Brtníky, about 12 km west of Rumburk. It used to be the smallest one from six rocky castles of Czech Switzerland. It was built above the chasm of Hluboký důl (Deep valley), probably in the 14th century. Later it lost its importance and it was abandoned.
